By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.

2. Services Description

DCarbon Solutions acts as an independent auditor and agent to connect your utility meter digitally, certify your system on the official state registry, and trade Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) on your behalf.

3. Beta Participation

Our Beta program is strictly limited to 1,000 households across California and Arizona. Application to the Beta does not guarantee acceptance or earnings. All earnings are calculated as 1 point per kWh sent to the grid, subject to state market verification.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the Website's application forms and to maintain and promptly update this data to keep it true and accurate.

5. Payout and Earnings Structure

DCarbon will sell your certified credits to corporate buyers at current market rates and remit the appropriate point equivalent or cash equivalent exactly as detailed in your individualized onboarding agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will DCarbon Solutions, Inc., its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Website.
